Pauline has been in customer service based roles for over 27 years and through that time she worked in a very large school dealing with children and parents. She is also on the Board of Governor of a Primary School and has lots of involvement with the children organising events, helping with day trips and shared education. 

Pauline has a love for music, singing and performing arts coming from a musical family. When she was younger she attended speech and drama and loved to perform.  Pauline feels that performing arts is very important for a child’s development in life as they gains lots of confidence and social skills for their future, no matter what they do in life and has great please in watching the children develop.
