Music Teacher – BSPA Belfast PM

Matthew studied Music at Queens University Belfast, and has now returned to finish his Masters focusing on Musical Theatre in Northern Ireland. 

As a multi instrumental musician he works regularly with Peter Corry both in Ireland and Europe. 

Matthew has also worked with Malachi Cush, Andrea Begley (winner of the Voice UK), Donna Taggart, Karl McGuckin, and more recently alongside Liam Lawton and Phil Coulter. 

He is a member of Irish vocal group ‘The Shamrock Tenors’ and enjoys performing on cruise ships around the world. 

Matthew received AIMS (Association of Irish Musical Societies) award nominations for his portrayal of Marius in Les Misérables and Olives Dad in the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He also received a NODA nomination for Best Performer for Jesus in Ravara Productions Godspell.

Matthew is a vocal coach and thoroughly enjoys teaching music to young performers. He is very much enjoying his time at BSPA Belfast PM.
