BSPA Lisburn AM presents: “Seusical Jr”

Following the success of last year’s production of We Will Rock You, BSPA Lisburn is thrilled to present “Seussical Jr!“

Join Horton the Elephant, the Cat in the Hat, and all your favorite Dr. Seuss characters as they come to life onstage in Seussical Jr., a fantastical musical extravaganza from Tony Award-winners Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty.

Audiences will be transported from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, guided by the mischievous Cat in the Hat, who narrates the tale of Horton the Elephant. Horton discovers a tiny world within a speck of dust—the Whos—and takes on the mission of protecting them from those who can’t, or won’t, believe they exist. In addition, Horton must care for an abandoned egg entrusted to him by the carefree Mayzie La Bird. Despite facing ridicule, danger, and even a trial, Horton is supported by the ever-faithful Gertrude McFuzz. Through these challenges, Seussical Jr. celebrates the power of friendship, loyalty, and community, reminding us all that “a person’s a person, no matter how small.”
