About Oprah Devitt
Dance Teacher – BSPA Belfast AM
Oprah started dancing at a very young age at the McMaster stage school and studied at the Susan McMillan ballet school. She then went on to do a National Diploma in performing arts and an HND in performing arts and teaching. After leaving college,
Oprah started teaching dance at South Eastern Regional College to children aged 2-16 years old. She is a member of numerous operatic companies in Belfast and dances in the Grand Opera House regularly in shows. She is also a supervisor in a nursery and teaches pre-school children.
Oprah choreographed the BSPA performance that won 1st place at the MTI (Europe) Junior Theatre Festival in Birmingham in 2019.
