About Megan Pentland

Juniors Teacher – BSPA Belfast South Juniors

Megan has been teaching for BSPA Juniors for 5 years after previously being a pupil of Belfast AM from 2011-2014.

Megan had the opportunity to study theatre in New York City in 2016 for a year- an experience which she is grateful for, as it pushed her creatively and helped her to develop her own skills in performance and allowed her to perform in 2 off Broadway shows.

She is training to be a primary school teacher at Stranmillis and experience working with children of all ages through her active work with her church where she is the deputy leader of the children’s choir, Salvation Army summer camps, both here and in America as well as working in many schools and clubs.

Megan finds working for BSPA Juniors a great pleasure and a joy, she loves getting to work with this specific age group as it allows her to watch young minds develop and watch children grow in confidence and find a love for the arts- it also allows her to be a bit of a big child herself!!
