Jesus Christ Superstar

After the success of last years summer "Singin in the Rain" our Artistic Director Peter Corry is back to direct our 2018 summer production. This years Summer production will be Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Jesus Christ Superstar". Imagine a crowded rock concert. People are cheering, there are lights flashing, music blaring, and there, in the middle of the stage, is Jesus. Yep. That Jesus. The New Testament, the Messiah, you know the guy. Jesus Christ is not generally the central figure we expect in a rock show, but that's exactly what makes the 1970 Broadway musical Jesus Christ Superstar so entertaining. Jesus Christ Superstar will be held in the perfect setting, the Carlisle Memorial Church from the 21st to the 24th of August 2018.  This beautiful historic building being renovated by the Belfast Buildings Trust will be transformed into a stage like no other. Audiences will be mesmerised by this production of Jesus Christ Superstar.  The first phase of tickets are available now and early booking for the show is recommended as it will be a sure sell out. Book now!
